At The 505 Springfield, we developed a targeted advertising strategy to boost occupancy and sales Aiming to eliminate vacant rooms, we crafted engaging content and executed the plan over six months, helping them make hundreds of thousands of dollars during that time.

 We specialize in providing professional drone photography and videography services. For The 505 our team captures high-quality visuals that were used across social media, websites, and various marketing platforms. We focus on showcasing what we knew would draw people in.

Before collaborating with Steeze Marketing, this property had minimal marketing efforts and low brand awareness. We assisted them in developing a strategy aligned with their goals and helped them clarify their brand identity.

We conducted a lifestyle photoshoot for this brand, highlighting the various areas and features of the property. Since it was a winter shoot, we aimed to capture the essence of the season in our imagery.

While collaborating with this company, we also provided consultation on marketing and brand strategy. We analyzed their goals, developed a comprehensive plan, and assisted them in executing it effectively.

We delivered exceptional and professional content creation for brand. We developed their inaugural commercial, which was utilized for local advertising. Additionally, we supplied them with monthly social media content and professional headshots to showcase the diverse range of their onsite staff!
